LOCATION

I tattoo by appointment only at Hinoki Social Club, my private studio in Takoma Park, Maryland.

Select guest spots and conventions are announced periodically.

I also return to Tattoo Faction in Cleveland, Ohio throughout the year.

AVAILABILITY

Large-scale projects typically begin within 4-8 weeks.
Medium and smaller pieces may be accommodated sooner depending on schedule.

If you are traveling or have limited availability, please note this on your request form.

CONSULTATION

All large-scale projects begin with an in-person consultation.

This allows us to:

  • Evaluate anatomical flow

  • Discuss long-term structure

  • Establish direction and pacing

  • Ensure alignment before committing to a multi-session project

These projects require trust, clarity, and mutual commitment from the start.

Consultations are complimentary.

OUT-OF-TOWN CLIENTS

If you are traveling from outside the region, a virtual consultation may be arranged prior to scheduling. This allows us to:

  • Discuss project scope

  • Review references

  • Determine if we are a good fit

If approved, we will structure your first in-person session accordingly.

BOOKING

  1. Complete the Booking Request Form.

  2. You will receive a scheduling link via text if your request is accepted.

  3. A deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

  4. Confirmation and reminder emails will follow automatically.

DEPOSITS

A deposit reserves your appointment time and confirms your commitment to the project.

Deposits vary based on scale:

• Small to medium tattoos
• Multi-session projects
• Large-scale work
• Full day sessions

Specific deposit amounts will be outlined during booking.

All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final session balance unless otherwise noted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled via your confirmation email.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice forfeits your deposit.
• Full day sessions and scheduled travel dates require 72 hours’ notice.
• No call/no shows require payment in full before future booking.

Clients are responsible for managing their appointments.

PRIVACY

Your privacy and comfort are prioritized.
Attire recommendations can be discussed during consultation.
A private changing area is available at all appointments.
